How to cancel Adobe
Quick answer: Sign in at account.adobe.com, open Plans, choose Manage plan, then Cancel plan. A yearly plan paid monthly can carry an early cancellation fee, and the screen shows it before you confirm.
Step by step
- Sign in at account.adobe.com.
- Open Plans and choose Manage plan on the plan you want to end.
- Choose Cancel plan and pick a reason.
- Read the screen before you confirm. It shows any fee and the date your access ends. Turn down the discount offers if you want out.
- Confirm, and save the confirmation email.
Before you cancel
- Adobe says eligible plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase get a full refund.
- On a yearly plan, cancelling near the end of the year avoids the early cancellation fee.
- Bought it through Apple or another app store? Cancel it there instead.
