How can we help?

Do you need my password? Never. We need your name, the email on the account and your signed permission. We never ask for passwords or card numbers.

How much does it cost? $5 per subscription. One case is one company that we cancel and chase for you.

What if the company doesn't cancel? If the company hasn't confirmed your cancellation in writing within 30 days, you get your $5 back.

How long does it take? We send your cancellation the same day, and follow up on day 3, 7 and 14 if the company doesn't answer.

Do you work outside the US? Yes, wherever the company accepts cancellations by email or online form. Choose your country on the form so we follow the right rules.

Can you cancel my gym? Gyms that only accept a letter by mail are coming soon. Our free guides include a letter you can send yourself.

I pay through Apple or Google. Can you cancel it? Only you can cancel those, in your phone's subscription settings. Our guides show how.
