What we collect

Only what the cancellation needs: your name, your email, the email on the account, your country and region, the company's name and your signed permission. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number.

What we use it for

To send your cancellation, follow up with the company, and keep you updated. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The company you asked us to contact, and the services that run the site (Netlify for the form, Stripe for payment).

How long we keep it

We delete your case details 90 days after your case closes. Ask us any time and we'll delete them sooner.

Contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Use the form on our help page or reply to any email we send you. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
