What we do

For a one-off fee of $5, Kit Cancel sends a cancellation request to the company you name, on your behalf and with your written permission, and follows up for up to 30 days until the company confirms it in writing.

What we don't do

We are not a law firm and we don't give legal advice. We never ask for your passwords. We can't force a company to cancel or to refund past charges.

Your part

You confirm that the account is yours, that the details you give are true, and that you allow us to contact the company for you.

Refunds

If the company hasn't confirmed your cancellation in writing within 30 days of your payment, we refund your $5 in full. You can also ask for a refund before we send anything.

If you are charged again after the company confirmed your cancellation, we ask them for that refund for you at no extra cost. The $5 is the only fee we ever charge.
