How to cancel HelloFresh

Quick answer: Cancel in your account under Plan Settings before your weekly cutoff, which is usually about 5 days before your next delivery. Your account shows the exact deadline.

Step by step

Sign in at hellofresh.com. Use a computer if the app doesn't show the option.
Open Account Settings, then Plan Settings.
Scroll down to Status and choose Cancel plan. On some accounts it says Deactivate.
Skip past the discount and pause offers.
Save the confirmation email. It is your proof.

Before you cancel

If you miss the cutoff, the next box is usually still charged and delivered.
Deleting the app does not cancel your plan.
Skipping a week is not the same as cancelling.

Copy it, fill in the parts in [brackets], and send it.

To HelloFresh customer support,

Please cancel my meal plan and stop all future charges.
