How to cancel Peloton

Quick answer: If Peloton bills you, cancel in your Peloton account under your membership. If you pay through Apple or Google, cancel in that store.

Step by step

Check who bills you: Peloton, Apple or Google.
Sign in at onepeloton.com, open your profile menu and find your membership.
Choose Manage membership, then Cancel membership.
Pick a reason, turn down the pause offer, and confirm.
Save the confirmation email.

Before you cancel

Cancelling the membership does not end a loan for a Bike or Tread. Check that separately.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Copy it, fill in the parts in [brackets], and send it.

To Peloton customer support,

Please cancel my Peloton membership and stop all future charges.
