How to cancel SiriusXM

Quick answer: SiriusXM usually cancels through an online chat or a phone call, not one button. If you pay through Apple, Google or Roku, cancel there instead.

Step by step

Check who bills you. Your bank statement shows SiriusXM, or Apple, Google or Roku.
If SiriusXM bills you, sign in at siriusxm.com and open your subscription settings. If there is no cancel button, start the chat with an agent.
Say plainly that you want to cancel, not pause, and turn down the cheaper-price offers.
Before the chat ends, ask for the cancellation date and a confirmation email or number. Save the chat.

Before you cancel

Have your radio ID or account number ready.
Cheaper-rate offers are normal. You can say no.
Cancelling usually stops renewal at the end of the period you already paid for.

Copy it, fill in the parts in [brackets], and send it.

Please cancel my SiriusXM subscription and stop all future charges.
